The fastest way is a DM on X

Send us a direct message (DM) on our official X account (@rikaido_me). We also accept messages through the email form, but we can usually reply faster on X. You're welcome to write in English.

Rikaido is run by one person, so replies can take a while, but we read every message. Please don't include personal information we don't need, such as your home address, phone number or school name.

Removing a quiz or an entry

Send us these two things:

  • The link (URL) to the quiz
  • What you want removed: the whole quiz, or a specific entry (for an entry, the nickname and roughly when it was added)

If you made the quiz, you can usually do this yourself. Open the quiz on the device and browser you used to make it, and your dashboard will open. There, tap × next to an entry in the ranking to hide it, or tap "Make this quiz private" in the "🛡️ Manage your quiz" section.

Can't find a quiz you made?

The list of quizzes you made is saved on the device and browser you used to make them. If you switched devices or browsers, or cleared your browsing data, tell us what happened: the device and browser you used and, if you remember, your quiz nickname and the day you made it. We'll look into it and, if we can find your quiz, tell you how to get it back. Reporting a bug

Please include:

  • The device and browser you're using (for example, Safari on iPhone, or the in-app browser in Instagram)
  • Which screen you were on, what you did, and what happened
  • A screenshot, if you're sending a DM (please hide other people's nicknames)

For advertising, press or other business inquiries, please send us a DM on X or use the email form.

We'll reply to the email address you enter. If it's urgent, please send a DM on X instead.

We use your message and email address only to reply to you and handle your request (Privacy Policy). Please wait about 10 minutes between messages from the same email address. You can't send the same message again within 6 hours.
