These terms set out the conditions for using Rikaido ("this site"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

The service

This site is a free entertainment service for creating and sharing 2-choice quizzes, so that friends can check how well they know each other. No account is required.

Prohibited conduct

  • Creating a quiz while impersonating someone else
  • Using nicknames or content that defame, harass, or offend others
  • Placing excessive load on the servers, unauthorised access, or tampering with data
  • Reproducing or commercially using this site's content (such as the questions) without permission
  • Any conduct that violates the law or public order and morals

Handling of abusive content

  • All nicknames and other input are recorded and stored. Content that amounts to defamation or harassment will be hidden or deleted
  • Defamation and harassment may carry legal liability
  • If a court or other authority makes a request under a formal legal procedure (for example, a request to disclose sender information), the operator will cooperate as far as possible within the data it holds (see the Privacy Policy for what this site stores)

Content

  • Quizzes and results are stored so that anyone who has the link can view them
  • Answers given when creating a quiz may be aggregated and published as statistics that do not identify any individual
  • The operator may remove content it considers inappropriate without prior notice

  • This site is provided "as is", without any guarantee that it will work completely, accurately, or continuously
  • The operator is not liable for loss of data, interruption or termination of the service, or any other damage arising from the use of this site
  • Quiz results and rankings are for entertainment only

Changes to the service

The operator may change, add to, suspend, or end the service without prior notice.

Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised when necessary. Revised terms take effect when they are posted on this page.
